Special Focus" Maghey Mela Jorethang" 13 January

It is 6 day Mega event and the largest of its kind in Sikkim and North Bengal whose popularity can be gauged by the fact that people as far away from eastern Nepal Bhutan and Bangladesh attending this festival in droves. The Maghey Mela committee headed by honorable minister Shri K. N. Rai. have decided to showcase the culture and the tradition of this region adding a distinct , authentic flavour to the festival.
